Third Deputy On Restricted Duty for Slow Response

One of the Broward deputies who was slow to respond to the shooting at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School is being put on restricted duty

.Josh Stambaugh is the third deputy to be put under review for failing to take action during last February's shooting.

A 24-year veteran of the force, Stambaugh was seen on camera slowly putting on his bullet proof vest while gunfire could be heard in the background.Even with the vest, Stambaugh didn't go to the school, but rather drove to a nearby highway so that he could survey the situation.

Stambaugh has to surrender his ID card and any weapon issued by the department.
