Gas prices in Florida are expected to have their lowest start to the New Year since January 1st, 2016.
Triple-A reports prices are below two dollars a gallon at seven-percent of the state's gas stations. The statewide average for a gallon of regular today is two-19, down six cents from a week ago.
Florida's most expensive pump price averages are found in Panama City at $2.56 a gallon and Miami at $2.38; the least expensive gas is in The Villages at $2.05 and Punta Gorda at $2.07 a gallon.
