A Hialeah man is facing charges, accused of stealing a Christmas wreath from a home. Angel Hugo Soles Ramaguera was arrested Tuesday.
Hialeah police say surveillance video caught Ramaguera stealing the wreath from a home on West 57th Terrace earlier this month.
Police say they saw the stolen wreath hanging outside Ramaguera's home.
He turned himself into police Tuesday. He's facing burglary and petit theft charges.
