South Florida Businesses Receive Bomb Threats

South Florida businesses are among the dozens of news outlets, government buildings, libraries, banks, schools and other businesses nationwide to receive bomb threats.

They all report receiving a mass email where an unknown writer demands bitcoin in exchange for safety.

In a Key Largo case, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office briefly evacuated the Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmitt Real Estate Company before determining the threat unfounded.

Other places targeted include Columbine High school and WNDU in Indiana.
