Fort Lauderdale police detectives have issues an arrest warrant for the man they believe killed a woman and sparked a SWAT situation.
Last Wednesday SWAT team members surrounded a home at 805 Southwest 4th Street after the discovery of Jennifer Silva's body.
Cops have yet to release details about how she was murdered.Investigators have identified 52-year-old Thomas Smith as the suspect.
When captured he'll be charged with murder.
