One of the key players in the police response to the Parkland school shooting has resigned. Broward Sheriff's Office Commander Jan Jordan submitting her resignation effective today after serving nearly 6 years on the force.
She was replaced as commander back in June at the request of the Parkland City manager.Former school resource officer
Scot Peterson resigned shortly after the February 14th attack.
