It is official. Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Dr. Brenda Snipes has submitted her resignation.An attorney who works for the office confirms it. The letter was reportedly sent to Tallahassee on Sunday.The efffective date is unclear. One report has it as January 5th. If Snipes steps down in January, her replacement would likely be appointed by incoming Governor Ron DeSantis. For more, click here.
