Local authorities say a man was hospitalized on Friday after he was bitten by an alligator in Palm Beach County.
The incident happened in the 14000 block of S. State Road 7 in Delray Beach, Fire Rescue Capt. Albert Borroto said.
The man was taken to a local hospital where his exact condition was unknown.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission was also contacted, Borroto said.
No other information was immediately known.
