Authorities are searching for a man who they say tried to abduct three young girls on Wednesday, as they walked to school in Sunrise.
Sunrise Police said the girls were in the 6600 block of Northwest 21st Court walking to Village Elementary School when they were approached by a man in a car around 7:20 a.m.
The man asked the three girls if they needed a ride and asked them to get into his car. He left when the girls refused.
Police described the suspect as a Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years old, with black hair and a short beard.
Officials also released an image of his car, an older model greenish-blue Honda Civic with a damaged rear driver's panel.
