Bill Nelson, Rick Scott Race Headed to Recount?

Most networks have called the race for Scott, but this morning less than 39,000 votes separating the two.  A .48% margin.  Under state law in Florida, a recount is mandatory if the winning candidate's margin is less than 0.5% .

Nelson has not publicly conceded, his campaign staff saying a full statement would come this morning.

Despite the apparent automatic recount in the race, political analyst and UCF political science professor Dr Aubrey Jewett this morning told South Florida's First News he still anticipates Rick Scott will be the state's new Senator Elect.
