At last night's American Music Awards, Miami's Camila Cabello was named New Artist of the Year in a vote by the fans.
She beat Broward County's XXXTentacion for the award, but the late rapper posthumously won Favorite Album in the Soul/R-and-B category.
XXXTentacion also won Best New Artist at this weekend's BET Hip Hop Awards in Miami Beach.
