Four Sunshine State schools are on the rise in the latest coaches college football poll.
The University of Central Florida moved up four slots to ninth with a 48-to-20 victory over SMU, and the University of Miami went up two places to 15th after coming from behind to edge Florida State, 28 to 27.
Florida upset LSU, 27 to 19, and jumped eleven spots to 16th.
And South Florida made its first appearance in the poll at number-23 after outscoring UMass, 58 to 42.
