Fins Cut Defensive Tackle Jordan Phillips From Team

Defensive tackle Jordan Phillips says he's "free at last" after his release by the Miami Dolphins.

The team cut him loose on Tuesday, two days after an outburst on the sidelines during a 38-to-7 blowout at New England.

But Phillips tweeted that his release had nothing to do with that.

In another move, the Dolphins officially placed starting center Daniel Kilgore on injured reserve with a triceps injury and signed center Wesley Johnson.
