A new study suggests that kids today are weaker due to a lazy lifestyle.
The research, which specifically looked at 10-year-olds, shows that children are getting taller but are more physically unfit than in the past.
Researchers said this could be because schools have been cutting back fitness programs and kids with more inactivity due to an increase in time spent on phones and other devices.
Inactive lifestyles are a health risk but physical fitness is the single best measure of health in childhood, adolescence and on into adulthood.
