Gas Prices Remain On The Decline In Florida

Gas prices in Florida are declining for the 24th day in a row!

Triple-A reports the statewide average for a gallon of regular is $2.72, down two cents from a week ago.

The highest average pump prices in the state are found in the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton at $2.83 a gallon and Panama City at $2.82.

The lowest prices are in the Tampa Bay area at $2.63 and in Orlando at $2.65 a gallon.

Triple-A says prices slipped lower because of declines in demand and a recent switch to cheaper-to-produce winter-blend gasoline could mean prices will drop even more in the fall!!

We're looking forward (and crossing our fingers!) to that!
