Judge Blocks Former Jags' Request For Patent

A former Jacksonville Jaguar is being blocked in his attempt to cash in on the name "Sacksonville."

Former linebacker Dan Skuta filed a request to patent the word he claims he came up with three years ago, but a court has rejected it.

The Jags, though, first used the word in a Tweet four years ago, and they're also trying to trademark it.

Skuta can appeal the ruling, and the Jags say they're working with him to resolve the issue.
