As Hurricane Florence heads for the Carolinas, a new survey shows that many Floridians have no intention of leaving their home the next time they face a storm.
Former Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Director Craig Fugate says one out of four residents plan to ignore evacuation orders even if a Category 4 hurricane is approaching.
Fugate says the survey also shows many people seem to have forgotten about the dangers of using emergency generators after the storm.
