Less And Less Teens Prefer Face-To-Face Interactions

Most teens prefer to text than to have a face-to-face conversation.

According to a survey done by Common Sense, 35 percent teens say their favorite mode of communication is texting.

Meanwhile, 16 percent of teens said social media and 10 percent preferred video chatting.

Less than one third said they preferred talking face-to-face.

The survey was based on responses from 1,141 13- to 17-year-olds.
