There has been a change to an online petition that aimed to rename Jupiter Farms Road after Burt Reynolds following his death last week.
Reynolds had owned a ranch off Jupiter Farms Road.
The petition, created by organizers via change.org, is now updated to say that: due to the cost for residents of changing the name to Burt Reynolds Road, they now want to change existing signage on the corner of Jupiter Farms Road and Indiantown Road to read "Jupiter Farms, Home of Burt Reynolds."
