Four people are dead after two crashes along I-95 in Miami.
Firefighters say a motorcyclist crashed around 1 a.m. Wednesday
Several people had stopped to help the motorcyclist. That's when the driver of a van hit them -- just a few minutes later.
The driver of that van now faces multiple charges including four counts of manslaughter while driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
A total of nine people were injured as a result of the accidents.
