Outgoing State Senator's Son Behind Bars For Probation Violation

The son of outgoing Florida State Senator Daphne Campbell is back behind bars.

Gregory Campbell was arrested Thursday on allegations that he violated his probation for his 2013 Medicaid fraud case.

When a probation officer showed up for a surprise visit to his North Miami-Dade home, where he was supposed to be on "community control," he wasn't there.

Campbell's original seven-year prison sentence was overturned.

He later accepted a plea deal.
