Tropical Wave Could Be Headed Toward The Atlantic Coast This Week

Don't be fooled by what's been a quiet hurricane season so far. Hurricane expert Dennis Feltgen, of the National Hurricane Center, has a warning.

He says a tropical wave over Africa is expected to move over the far eastern Atlantic late Thursday night or early Friday morning.

This system could become a tropical depression over the weekend as it moves toward the Cabo Verde Islands.

He says it's way too early to tell if it would affect South Florida.
