The family of a little girl who was allegedly molested by her third-grade teacher last year is suing her Cooper City school and its operator.
The family claims that, in the fall of 2017, a classmate's mother reported to Renaissance Charter's principal that Christopher Falzone had a history of inappropriate contact with students... but nothing was done to protect the little girls.
Falzone was placed on administrative leave after his arrest last week on allegations he molested a girl at Live Oak Camp in Fort Lauderdale.
