FSU Student Charged In Hazing Death Will Be Allowed To Move To California

A Florida State University student that has been charged in the hazing death of a fraternity pledge from Pompano Beach has been granted permission to move to California.

Clayton Muelhstein is one of four Pi Kappa Phi brothers seeking a jury trial in the death last November of Andrew Coffey.

Five others have entered plea deals with prosecutors.

A judge agreed to allow Muelhstein to begin a new job in San Francisco, but he will remain on bond and continue to wear a bracelet that detects any alcohol use.
