A sad and disturbing case out of Key Largo. Police say a 36 year old man used to punch, kick, and beat an 11 year old boy with a belt. A woman who was renting a nearby vacation home called the cops when they boy told her he was afraid to go home. Another woman was charged with sexual abuse. She allegedly forced the boy to perform sex acts on her. The victim tells counselors that she told him not to tell anyone what had happened. Police say that he was only allowed one meal a day, and he was forced to clean the toilet with his toothbrush when punished. The relationship the boy had to the two people is not clear. He is now in the care of the Department of Children and Families. For more, click here.
