Binge Drinkers At Higher Risk For Heart Issues, Study Says

New research suggests that young people who binge drink are at a higher risk for heart issues.

New research from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville says those who consume excessive amounts of alcohol, in a short period of time, are at greater risk for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.

Previous research has proved that people under the age of 45 with high blood pressure are at a higher risk of dying from heart attacks or other heart-related issues later in life.
