Rand Paul Delivers Message From Trump To Putin

United States Senator Rand Paul says he delivered a letter from President Donald Trump to Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

A statement from Paul said the letter was accepted by Putin's representatives, as the Russian leader has been out of town.

Putin and Trump held a summit in Helsinki in the month of July.

Paul said the letter emphasized the importance of working together in "various areas including countering terrorism, enhancing legislative dialogue and resuming cultural exchanges."
