Florida Police Department Opens Community "Safe Exchange Zones"

Residents of Florida's Plam Bay, located on the Space Coast, now have a place where they can safely conduct transactions involving child custody, private property or e-commerce.

The Palm Bay Police Department has opened two "Safe Exchange Zones."

Exchanges can be made in spaces at the main police station or the police sub-station.

The spaces are located in front of the buildings and are under video surveillance at all times.

The Safe Exchange Program aims to create a safe environment and to limit crime when it comes to sensitive transactions such as the above-mentioned.
