NASA is about to take another step toward putting humans back in space.
On Friday, the agency will reveal which astronauts will be the first on board commercial spacecraft built by SpaceX and Boeing.
The announcement will be made at Johnson Space Center in Houston.
Test flights of the Boeing CST-100 Starliner and SpaceX Crew Dragon are expected to begin in either late 2018 or early 2019.
