Lawsuit Filed In Relation To Deadly Everglades Plane Crash

The first lawsuit stemming from last week's deadly plane crash in the Florida Everglades in Miami-Dade County has being filed.

The mother of one of the flight students killed in the crash filed the wrongful death suit against Dean International, the flight school whose planes were involved in the midair collision.

A preliminary report released by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) on Thursday said the planes collided nearly head-on, killing two people in each plane (four total).

Earlier this week, Dean International announced it was closing its flight school for good.
