Florida Officer Fighting For Life After Being Shot In The Head

A Florida police officer, originally from New Jersey, is fighting for his life after responding to a 911 call in Fort Myers over the weekend about an armed gunman.  

Adam Jobbers-Miller, a 29-year-old former firefighter from Wayne, is in critical but stable condition. 

Miller was shot in the head Saturday night at a gas station convenience store.  

Jobbers-Miller is the son of David Miller, a former fire chief in New Jersey.  

Police have arrested a shooting suspect in relation to the incident.
