Could Drinking Coffee Help You Lose Weight?

A new study suggests that drinking some coffee in the morning might stop you from reaching for a second doughnut, but you shouldn't expect the habit to really help you lose weight.

Researchers from The State University of New York (SUNY) looked at 50 adults, and found those who had four ounces of coffee (equal to about two cups) ate ten percent less when they faced a table full of food after drinking.

However, most of the coffee drinkers made up for those skipped calories later on in their day.
