A Miami federal judge is pumping the brakes on a class-action lawsuit regarding red light cameras in the state of Florida.
The judge dismissed the case which questioned the nature in which tickets are handed out.
Florida's Supreme Court has already ruled that camera companies can review potential violations, but it's up to local/state traffic enforcement officers to determine if an infraction occurred.
