Brightline To Expand Train Services Next Month

Starting next month, there will be more Brightline trains in the area... with the potential of further disrupting local traffic patterns.

The higher-speed rail service between West Palm Beach and Miami plans to expand weekday service from 11 to 16 round trips daily throughout the month of August.

The first will leave Palm Beach at 5:30 a.m. The last train will leave Miami at 11:10 p.m.

Weekend service will remain unchanged.

Many fear the impact the highly-used rail service will have on local traffic throughout WPB and Miami.
