A 72 year old man arrested after allegedly trying to set his condo building on fire. Police say Walter Stolper was angry after receiving an eviction notice saying that he owed over $40,000 in maintenance fees. Miami Beach tipped off about the planned attack on the Pavillion on the 5600 block of Collins Avenue. Investigators say 72 year old Walter Stolper poured gasoline down the main drain line and garbage chute with the intention of lighting it. Inside his condo cops say they found swatikas and books with Nazi Ideology. The Miami Beach Police Chief says the State Attorney may add hate charges to this case. For more, click here.
