A Texas woman has accused a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars of assaulting her and infecting her with a sexually transmitted disease.
The woman has filed a civil lawsuit against defensive lineman Marcell Dareus. She is seeking damages in excess of $15,000 dollars.
The victim claims Dareus had sex with her in Houston last April and failed to tell her that he had herpes.
Dareus is also the target of a lawsuit by a Las Vegas woman who accuses him of sexually assaulting her at a party in Tampa in January 2017, when he was a member of the Buffalo Bills.
