Publix Cracks Down On Dogs In The Store

If you're used to shopping with your dog in the shopping cart, passing him off as a service dog, beware. The Publix Grocery store chain is cracking down on service dogs. The stores are posting signs saying that only service animals trained to aid those with disabilities are allowed in the store. A store spokesman says that's always been the policy but the signs are to make customers more aware. Service animals have become controversial since some people are seen as abusing disability laws.
