A Miami-Dade man is facing multiple charges after police discovered live lobsters in his cooler.
Florida Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) officials discovered the catch during a traffic stop in Duck Key.
They say 23-year-old Jorge Villafranca was taken into custody, but has since been released.
Florida's spiny lobster mini-season doesn't start until July 25th. Regular lobstering season starts in August.
