Distribution Decisions For MSD Fund Have Been Reached

A decision has been reached in regard to how the charitable donations raised after the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting will be distributed.

According to the National Compassion Fund website, "Donations to the [Stoneman Douglas] Fund are held separately from general donations to the National Center for Victims of Crime," It adds, "[Donations] will provide critical support, and 100% of funds received will go directly to the victims."

Jeff Dion of the NCF says that out of the 1,654 already-submitted applications, 1,517 of them were validated.

Details of the plan will be released once the MSD families are notified.
