An investigation is underway after a wheelchair-bound woman is found dead outside a Brickell supermarket Friday. Police are tight-lipped as far as details, but say she was found slouched over and unresponsive with a puncture wound to the chest. No word on what may have caused that wound. The woman was found near Southwest 3rd Avenue and 7th Street.
