A man pretending to be a veterinarian has turned himself in to the police. Police say he and his girlfriend accused of running an unlicensed veterinary clinic out of their home in Hialeah. It started when the victim took his 12 year old American Bulldog, Royalty, for a neutering procedure, and it went horrible wrong. He took the dog to a licensed vet, but it was too late.
