Man Sentenced In Dolphin Mall Bomb Plot

The man who plotted to blow up the Dolphin Mall in the name of ISIS is sentenced to 17 years in prison. 53 year old Honduran Citizen Vicente Adolfo Solano who lives in Miami plead guilty to the charges.

Just prior to being arrested, Solano took possession of what he believed was an explosive device, took steps to arm it, and walked toward a mall entrance in order to carry out his attack.  Unbeknownst to Solano, the device was inert -- given to him by an undercover agent.

Solano had been residing in the United States under Temporary Protected Status.  His protected status has since been revoked.
