Authorities say a woman is injured after being hit by a Palm Beach County sheriff's deputy's unmarked vehicle in Opa-locka early Friday morning.
The incident occured around 3 this morning on old State Road 9 near Northwest 22nd Avenue.
The woman was allegedly crossing the road when she was hit.
She was taken to a Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
