Florida Man Arrested After His Pants Fall Down While He's Trying To Flee

Here's a tip:  When you're trying to run from police, be sure to wear a belt!

A Florida driver trying to evade police didn’t get too far when he bailed out of his pickup truck... because his pants fell to his ankles as he was running away.

When 24-year-old Tobias Smith sped away from an attempted traffic stop on Tuesday, he crashed into another vehicle, a power pole, a fence and a barber shop.

Smith then bailed out of the truck and ran but was quickly captured when his pants fell down, authorities say.

He’s charged with leaving the scene of a crash, fleeing and eluding, driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest.
