There's a new face in the race for mayor of Tallahassee.
Carrie Litherland is a mom, a mental health advocate, and a political outsider who says the capital city's charm is disappearing as developers transform the town without listening to the people who live there.
Litherland is the fifth candidate in the Tallahassee mayor's race.
Incumbent Andrew Gillum is running for governor.
