The son of the late South Florida businessman Wayne Huizenga is facing boating under the influence charges again.
Broward Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Robert Ray Goldsby Huizenga yesterday after a Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Captain reports finding the 56-year-old passed out behind the control of a boat floating down the New River Canal.
He supposedly failed a field sobriety test and is charged with refusing to take a BUI test.
Huizenga's been convicted of driving under the influence three times and BUI once.
