Here's Another Reason To Eat Dark Chocolate


Here's just another reason to treat yo' self!

Eating dark chocolate can lower your stress level and make you smarter and healthier.  

That's what two new studies conducted at Southern California's Loma Linda University found.  

Researchers suggest eating certain types of dark chocolate have a positive effect on memory, mood, and immunity while also lowering stress.  

The lead researcher says the health benefits come from the high concentration of cacao in dark chocolate.
