SoFla Congresswoman: Men Need To Take Action To Fight Gender Inequality

Tuesday marks Equal Pay Day... and South Florida Congresswoman Lois Frankel is urging men to take "affirmative, assertive action" to fight gender inequality at work.

Frankel tells "HuffPost" that President DonaldTrump is hurting the women's movement. She accuses his administration of having "some of the worst, misogynist, anti-women policies ever in recent history."

Frankel helped deliver a petition to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington on Tuesday morning demanding larger sized companies report pay by race, gender, and ethnicity.
