With the average resident's income clocking in at $2.5-million, Fisher Island's 33109 zip code has been named the richest in the nation.
According to a new analysis by Bloomberg, more than half of all 2015 tax returns filed from the exclusive, Miami-area community had incomes of over $200,000.
The 216-acre island is accessible only by ferry or water taxi and is a haven for the world’s richest.
The analysis shows second place - which is Silicon Valley, California - has average incomes of "just" $1.5-million.
