Crews Work To Contain Grass Fire In Southwest Miami-Dad

Crews are working to put out a grass fire that broke out in Southwest Miami-Dade on Wednesday morning.

Firefighters and officials have been working to contain the blaze west of Southwest 8th Street and 137th Avenue. 

They were able to put it out overnight, according to reports, before it flared up again around 3 a.m.

Officials say no structures have been damaged and no homes are at risk at this time.
